its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue
for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the iTrimming.com

Risk of Loss
Title to products passes from iTrimming.com to Customer on shipment from facility of
iTrimming.com. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected
either by iTrimming.com or by Customer is Customer's responsibility.
Children
iTrimming.com does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell
children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use
iTrimming.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
